Bradford City are delighted to unveil the Club's official charity partners for the 2019/20 campaign.
After so many fantastic and worthy suggestions from Bradford City fans, a panel selected three charity partners: Cancer Support Yorkshire, Airedale and Wharfedale Autism Resource (AWARE) and Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
In addition to the chosen charities, the Club will continue its proud partnerships with the Plastic Surgery and Burns Research Unit (PSBRU) and the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation.
Each charity will be handed a support mechanism by having a dedicated home fixture. These matches will allow the organisations to raise funds and awareness, while hosting other opportunities to expand their charity on a matchday.
The Darby Rimmer MND Foundation kicked off the initiative, partnering the Bantams' clash with Swindon Town - another of Stephen Darby's former sides - on Saturday 5th October 2019.
The penultimate charity fixture will be held on Saturday 14th March, where City will help raise funds to support the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation, which was formed following the sad passing of the former Leyton Orient manager.
The final day of the 2019/20 season will see the PSBRU take their usual slot in supporting our annual Valley Parade Fire Disaster Memorial fixture, at home to Walsall on Saturday 25th April.
